Let's say someone has his name on ns3.afternic & ns4.afternic.com nameservers. He puts BIN $10,000 and minimum make offer $1,000. Someone fills the inquiry form. He receives the BIN via e-mail. The price is out of his budget. But still, he wants the domain.
My question is how he can counter? I ask it because you don't have direct communication with him.
