I knew the correct density of the keywords should be of 2%. Some directory submissions, don't allow keywords to be stuffed in a content. Besides, let's say that for a 500 words article and 3 keywords, it's a little weird to mention 4 times a keyword and the content loses its quality.

Keyword density is an unnecessary factor to take into consideration. Write naturally and you will achieve the right 'keyword density'.
