Web Site Package [Possible Sale]
I started chickvenue.com over 1 year ago. The site package is the MySpace page over 15,000 friends, web site chickvenue.com, main site chickvenue.com/alt/website/index.html forums chickvenue.com/boards has over 1500 members. The forums are like a small town right now it get's a few new posts a day but nothing crazy. I just started having modeling competition for the featured model of the month which exploded the forums and some of the models threads got tens of thousands of views.
If i where to sell it, it would be worth while to take the front page off the site and make it into a alt web site portal with links to such sites as suicidegirls and other adult alt sites. Since my site get's most of it's traffic from the alt crowd your affiliate converstions should be pretty high. Now if you own a alt style company having a popular alt site like this can help you build your brand name. Almost any alt girl in Los Angeles and in every major city knows about this site. It's not as huge as Suicidegirls but allot of people know about this site and the logo is very noticeable among allot of alt people.
The reason why i might sell it is mainly for health reasons. I need money to pay for some treatments i need. Ive also missed allot of work since ive been sick and I'm looking for some cash to get back on my feet.
Also to keep the forums active and booming it would be a good idea to have monthly model of the month contests. This site has allot of potential.
