How much would u pay in cash and NP$ for an domian name by PR? 1/10 - 10/10?

The question is how much money does the domain name make. Then you need to calculate the net present value... ohhh sorry I've been studying coprorate finance all day :D But seriously, you need the number of visitors and the amount of money made for a period of time to decide how much you want/should pay for it.

PR is only one factor in determining a Domains value, I certainly wouldnt buy a name based on its PR alone, especially these days.

PR can be too easily faked these days using 301 redirects.. I'd be more interested in legitimate linkpop myself. By legitimate, I mean links that are related to the site and not 200 links to posts of an unrelated nature on a forum somewhere.
