How much would just the domain go for and how much would the whole site and domian go for?

Depend a lot on traffic to the site / forum. Needs more development prob. The domain itself not worth more than mid $$

The fact it has development maybe high $$ / low $$$

Just my 0.02 cents worth

I would think that wholesale this domain is worth reg fee +- but with development it will be worth more

With those colors, I'll clip my toe nails, and send them to you in an envlope. CHANGE THE COLORS. They hurt my eyes.

If you want a number, I sould say around $35 - $45, add another $10 if you change the colors.
