How much to code and assist in design of a website?

Hi,

I am about to embark on a project that I need a website for. I am capable of design in Photoshop etc but only know html and can only design and build static html sites.

If I could design a website in photoshop how much would you guys charge to assist me in turning my web design and my design ideas into a fully functional CSS coded modern site.

I don't know if me doin the design on the site would make this easier to work with and cheaper or if it would be easier to just convey ideas and you be the designer and coder.

The site is going to be for a magazine that I will soon be publishing. It will need to have a few pages such as:

Home
Contact
News (That can be constantly updated)
Partners
Subscriptions
Forum (which I will set up)
maybe a couple more to be added at a later date...

If you could please PM me with an example of your previous work and a rough price I will get back to you and hopefully we can work together.
