I may be going to sell this domain hdwallpapers[dot]directory. but confuse how much price I should ask or is it has any value at all? this site has avg 300 visit per month and have some adsense impressions and clicks. can I expect any buyer here?

I might have some value if you find the right end user. The problem is with the extension. Not too many of the newer fancy extensions have higher value just yet.
