Whenever I look at the value of a domain name - I imagine what kind of business would want this, what is the competition like, how much money is there in the industry.

In this case Im finding it hard to imagine a company or product utilizing this domain name. If one did come around, it would likely be for a very cheap - obscure product/service. I believe this domain name is worth the registration cost you paid, I do not believe anyone would buy this domain name.

Unless you have a specific development plan, the name lacks certain qualities to have stand alone value.

End-user potential = -1

Development = +1

Total = 0

This would be training, fitness, abs. The HelpMe is the weakness if it was "how to" it would be a very good name. (which shows length inst everything)
It's putting the emphasis in the wrong direction. The most likely buyer would be the trainer/author/instructor. Yet the name written in the "fat guy's" words. This would be an obstacle to its sale.AND on top of that the 'YOU' version available. $0 without development

I like it.. a little. You'll need to develop and keep coming back with updates just to get some value out of it. I see where you're going with this type of name. It all depends on how much time you have. If you can spend 1-2 hours a day on this it might be worth it.
But if you're like me with way too many things on the go then I'd say forget it. The domain is "okay" but only if you were to develop it.
I doubt you get much if you were to resell it.
