That happened several times to me. Once with godaddy and twice with namecheap.

now it just happened again, I just bought "adult.host", they took money from my paypal and then it says error. Wtf? I contacted the support and they told me that it's an error with the namecheap search engine, but sorry. 2 times in a row? I don't accept that

Yes it happens from time to time. They should not have charged your card, or if it was hopefully instantly reversed.
