I found only 1 documented sale of domain with "DiscJockey" word within the domain name, it is ExtremeDiscJockey.com which sold for USD 1000 at Sedo during 02/2011. So it seems like quite limited pool of end users exists for this keyword.

Considering also that keyword is registered in .TOP extension, which makes it reverse meaning domain (as much better would be phrase like Top DiscJockey), this might also limit resale potential. Therefore mid XX - 250 USD imo.
