How much for a PR 7 website ?

I have PR 7 website, quite popular and I am getting link requests almost every alternative day.
When the site had PR 6 before, I used to charge 75$ for 3 months. Can anyone suggest me a price range I should ask now ?

I saw a case that a site which had three pr7 pages sold 20 links per page. Each link's price was $35 per month and all links were sold out within 4 days. So you can charge $35 per month or more.
