domain How much do you reckon buyproperties.eu is worth please?

Adam, I am a big fan of Property names, and not a big fan of .eu domains.

However, IMO Property is one area where .eu names work very well. I think this name is very brandable, but not so good as a type in name, as the singluar is better - how many people buy propertIES at one time.

I can't really value .eu names as I don't know enough about them. However, if I owned it I would not sell for less than $600.

Nice catch! Great keywords and the .EU extenstion helps it in a way also. Getting into the realestate business is a great money maker. I'm not sure what your offer is, but if you have the time and think you can put in the effort to develop it I can almost promise you that you would make the money from the offer make within your first year.

It's hard to say if you should sell it for your offer without knowing what it is.

I only bothered to try to register .eu domain names which somebody may type in their address bar with the .eu TLD. Huge numbers of British people, for instance, are looking to buy properties in Europe.

Agree that is best to develop domains, but have around 70 developed domains and the work is killing me! Recently sold RailEurope.eu for €3,450, so will see if can try to sell this on Sedo as well - though obviously expect it to go for less.

This is one of those names that will work well with .eu or other 2ndary / country domain. Simply because properties are based on locations / regions. And if someone from europe wants to buy properties, it's only logical that he starts from .eu first. It won't be logical to goto .com and browse through all the other information that is not relevant to his country.
