Don't know who bought the .com, I'm not the one who sold it :D

But from whois check, seems that the .com bought by a Chinese investor, and mine bought by an end user in California.

A large number of 4L.coms are probably being absorbed by Chinese market. So end users who don't want to pay too much for a 4L domain need an affordable alternative. In my case, the end user picked .co.

Never even received any email about it.
I bought over 120 names with them in the last few days.

Still waiting for support to tell me WTH is going on...

send them scans of documents wich proof your name and proof your address you have entered for whois contact data to [email protected]
Your contacts should be real and you should confirm them. It is icann rule.

My account also have been suspended for documents checking And after I have sent documents it was unsuspended.

When I regged a domain with the word "bankruptcy" in it, they suspended the purchase and contacted me asking whether I'm going to impersonate a bank with this domain lol

So did they unsuspend your account? - I contacted support 3 times and the only thing I hear is "someone will contact you", "I forwarded it to our support", "I see open ticket - someone will contact you soon".
I think I might have to file a Paypal dispute if they keep blowing me off like that.

tried login got 'account suspended'
got on to live support,they made me a priority,received email after <24 hour apologising saying security check,priveledges resumed.
You will get the same email im presuming
