How long does it take to get dot in running

Hi,

I registrated .in domain yesterday and it's still in ADDPENDING state. Is it normal for .in domain to be that long before you can use it?
It takes about 2 hours or less for .com domain. So I'm worried that something went wrong.

I wrote to support guys and I guess they figured it out, or it just needed more time. But domain is accessible now.
