How exactly does the $10 penalty at Namejet work?

If I made a bidding mistake and won a domain. How do I pay the $10 getting out? The credit card will be automatically charged, and there is no way to delete the credit card information, right?

Also when I tried to submit a ticket, it kept giving me the:
"You are now logged out of the Support Center"

Any one having the same problem of not logging into the ticket system?

i have experience about this before, they charge me $10

you right, you will be billed $10 automatically form the cc

Since the Credit Card details are provided at the start ~ they charge you automatically
