I wonder why domain age should affect STR on a bradables marketplace. It means they are selling less of made up names and more of semi premium names that have been bought from pending delete stream liek closeouts and auctions where the reg date is not reset. Once domains gets to the delete pool, the reg date gets reset, and it is the date the SH displays on your marketplace dashboard.

Five to seven years from now domain investors with heavy new TLD bags will start to understand the value of an aged domain. When you have hundreds of domains which have to be renewed the tendency over time is to renew the best and drop the lowest quality names. Over time the investor tends to get more demanding about the types of domains they acquire and renew. After many years, a greater portion of domains in their portfolio are actually desirable for branding a business or project.
