How does park.io (and other lists) get their list of pending delete .io domains?

Park . io shows domains that will be dropping 7 days out. Nic . io (the io registrar) doesnt publish a list of soon to be dropping domains. So how does park.io know what .io domains are soon to be dropping?

Q2 - related. expire . biz and namejet both have lists of pending delete for the popular tlds. But they only show 5 days out. Is there a way to get lists beyond 5 days out for these tlds?
