How does Google find php forum pages to index?

www.lds-singles.org has only 2 pages indexed in google. But, there are over 800 posts...So how do I get those other pages to index? Any help / advise would be great...

Patience I think. They're probably queued already or if not, they will get indexed when Googlebot goes back to visit.

You may want to try some search engine optimization:

The mod rewrite section in particular.

That won't get you indexed faster but it will improve the chances of all your pages being indexed properly when Googlebot does come to visit.

I should point out that it isn't for newbies and will require some phpBB modding knowledge and also some mod rewrite experience.
If you aren't familiar with them I'd recommend finding someone who is (especially for the mod rewrite stuff)

Thanks. I thought waiting three plus months was being patient! lol...oh well...Maybe I'll go to a phpbb forum and find a lancer...

3 months??? Does Googlebot even visit your site?

If GB doesn't visit then you need some links on sites with lots of traffic to get things moving.
If it visits regularly then you must have a problem. In 3 months, there should be more pages listed than that.

Do you have a robots.txt file set up properly?
You seem to be lacking any kind of meta tags as well.
Make sure Google IP's aren't blocked in your .htaccess. Check for any other potential problems with your .htaccess too.

It could be a combination of factors that are slowing the indexing down, assuming Googlebot is visiting at all.

Yahoo only has 2 pages indexed too. http://www.lds-singles.org/urllist.txt being one of them. An old sitemap? That may cause some problems if the search engines are using that to navigate.
MSN has 87 but that's still not as many as there should be.
