How do you evaluate domains, I mean is -=> (Estibot) even accurate?

I know about Estibot but is it even accurate and if so how does it come up with it's numbers. How do you guys take a domain you find and make a final decision on it.

In case it isn't clear, no Estibot is not useful for domain prices. BUT, it is useful as a relative indicator of objective keyword based domains.

Estibot is basically only good to use when dealing with end-users who for some crazy reason seem to think it's accurate. Either that or people new to the industry who haven't done much reading or research.

Mention estibot to most experienced domainers and you will get laughed at or not taken seriously.

It is good for laughs sometimes though.
