How do I Highlight my user name?

I notice occasionally that some people have highlighted screennames.

I really, really want to highlight my name with a green glow, I am the GreenGambler.. LOL

How do I do this can I buy it with NP$ or is it a Mod/Admin feaure only?

actually, this is a mod/admin feature only as it's not available to purchase as a option in the $NP Store.

Well dang it.. I really wanted to get the "GLOW" the green glow LOL

Maybe I'll apply to be a mod or something.. I spend alot of time here anyway

The glow effect only works in IE (CSS Filter)

I think RJ and Chris have it since it used to be an old feature. I can't see it because I use Firefox, though. I know Staff doesn't have the option to do that now. :td:
