question How could you execute a domain selling service

I know a way to obtain certain domains for super cheap without any shady stuff, how could I get people aware of it?
I'm aware of forums, but which ones could I post a thread on, where it's allowed?
I'm selling at half the cheapest price BTW, so it shouldn't be hard to get sales.
