.tv How can you tell if it is premium?

At Godaddy, they have a number of .tv domains expiring, some of which I would not mind picking up.

But, how can you tell if an expiring .tv is premium? I don't want to pick up a domain at the auction there, only to have to pay huge bucks to keep it.

If its dropping at Godaddy and you can reg there RW it is not a premium
