How can I install a phpbb script?

i'm trying to install a script.a forum script phpbb. and i don't understand the data which i should insert...

All you need to do is:

-Download phpbb and extract the files.

-Create a folder called "forum" in your public_html and upload all the phpbb files to the forum folder. If your just going to have a forum for your site you don't need a folder called forum, you can just upload the files to public_html.

-Create a MySQL database and a user for your database in cpanel.

-Go to your web browser and type in www.yourdomain/install.php and follow the steps.

thanks but i got another script. aef. if you know it. but now i have another problem.. i can't find footer.php or header to put my ads on the forum.. :-?

Look under /templates directory. Depends on the theme you used, file names are descriptive so I guess you wont have a hard time finding which files to edit.
