If I'm a sales manager of a shoes factory, or I'm a owner of one shoes B2B website, is it a good domain name?

The fact that it was hand registered only a few weeks ago means there isn't much of a demand for it as just a domain, so you would have to develop the site before it would be worth anything. Also, the plural "shoes" instead of "shoe", in addition to the dash, will definitely lower the value.

Most of the 'good' names have already been registered, so if you happen to come across one that's available, you have to ask yourself why it's still available.

The problem is that no-one is the sales manager of a "shoes factory" because there are no "shoes factories", only shoe factories.
Always use google or dictionary to test any domains that are foreign to you. Your registar hopes that you won't, but you should.

Are you referring to the names in your sig, I hope not... I honestly dont see anything great there, mind you I do agree that there are names dropping daily which are certainly worth regging/investing in.

As far as Shoes-Factory.com I have to agree with what others have said, Im really not liking the "s", I can live with the hyphen though.

The plural along with the hyphen kills this domain. ShoeFactory.com would be alright. Grace delete ASAP. IMO.

Due to low search volume, hyphen and nonsensical phrasing, I would have to say no, it is not a good domain name. But at least you're on the right track ( generic product term with some search volume )
