Yea and if you read the original website of the people who owned adsense you will see they did not want to sell but were bullied out of their name.

Excerpt from their site

Since 1995

If you think you can get rich quick placing other people's ads on your site or blog, please contact Google who has taken and used our business name without permission or compensation.

You will also see that google does hold a federal trademark on Adsense as well that is directly listed in the link you posted. This will most likely have a huge TM issue. Id appraise it at no more than reg fee.

I agree - reg.fee
Google just like Microsoft are both WELL known for being the bullies on the block, stealing, robbing and taking advantage of financially "handicapped" companies, and get away with it. It's business in its most unethical yet purest form.
Even though google practically "stole" the adsense avenue, they are all the more aggressive to protect their loot by sending their attorneys out after anything that faintly smells like infringement.

just my personal approach: anything big company related, even if it's only one of their products, i leave my hands off.

thanks adam
but, there are many sites using Adsense in their domains,if for over 10 years none of those companies have used adsense for their business but never hold TM on it, i dont think it has tm issue either,if it has, with who?

When was it registered? Before or after google got the tm. The issue would be with google.
