Aspiring registrar/host operators take note, you too Enom and Domain.com, competent customer service is a must.

Horror started when we contacted our Registrar support
I knew our domain should be renewed about these dates, and we were already billed for this renewal. Our domain registrar is domain.com, so I logged in to our domain.com dashboard to check if everything is OK, but domain was not renewed and domain details were reading 2 days until expiry.

I contacted domain.com support immediately, their chat agent responded immediately, confirmed we were billed for domain and that domain is not renewed, and he created support ticket for the issue. This is the start of horror story with domain.com support.
