domain HoustonProperties(.)org to renew or not to renew

the domain has expired now am wondering if i should renew the name
keep in mind the month prior to expiry it got almost 200 views while the whole year it was parked it got less than 20 per month

According to data I'm looking at, the domain houstonproperties.com previously fetched $1,888 ...and are successfully running as "houston properties" today by looks of it ...a little conflicting. Ask if they want the ".org", as an extra piece to their online

@jhm i would consider that spam :D in general tho you think i should renew ? only thing that is looking attractive to me is the traffic in the last month but not sure if that is stable enough to waste more money into the name

Well, its not a terrible domain, to be clear. The thing I don't like is there's an existing "houston properties" out there like I said

Depending on how much you are looking to get for this name. If that would be me, I'd renew.

I had a recent case when someone offered me SpainTravel.org (I run a travel agency in Spain, so I got this through agency mail). The offer was around $1200, but I refused. But for like $300 I would buy it to redirect to my site.

HoustonProperties is a larger name (industry is more ''money'', heavier packed clients), and I would price it somewhere high $$$. I think you'll have a good chance with it. IMO.
