This is one of those things. "Housing Finance" doesn't mean anything. It is a common phrase used by many Many Indian NBFCs that are into the business of home loans, but people usually look for "Home Loans"

"Housing Finance" has no search volume despite being part if several Indian companies. Even in india the broad phrase search volume is only 2900. Even housing loan which is a word nobody uses has 22K search

Now I don't look at search volume all the time in appraising a domain name, but for .net and .org, sometimes they add some value.

This is a .net and the .com is already developed.
So unless you find a company who wants to name their company as "Housing Finance" only, it is worth only reg fee.

So think from that Angle

Personally I think it is an industry term and not something that would be readily typed into a search engine - as @blogspotter has already mentioned, people usually search for "Home Loans".

I think it's a good name, and you should get a reasonable price from a finance/lender who is interested in ranking on search for that term.

Well even if it ranks, there is no search volume.

result is nothing bit how many times "Housing" and "FInance" appears on a webpage. Both being common words, you will get lots of results.

But you only rank for words that have some search volume. Housing Finance has 260 monthly search volume in the USA and that is broad search, meaning different variations. Exact match has negilible search.

If it was a .com it would have been worth something.
But it is a .net
