Hour.me: Hour.com/net could be worth a lot. The dot me extension doesn't fit the domain well. Despite that, hour is a very brandable, short, and nice name. I would have to say low XXX.

FreetimeFun.com: W/out development it isn't worth much.. Maybe really low XXX to an end user. But if you develop it, it has many possibilties.
