Grot is another word for grotto. What meaning does your name hold? It sounds random. And I'd pay to see a person mistype 'not' with 'grot.' Appraisal: Worthless.

grot is a slang word for gross :bah:

Maybe its just an aussie term, a common one at that, but i know a few people who understand what 'grot' means who aren't australians :) .

Search for grot in google, youll find a few sites mentioing gross, and grot, grub and grime was one :). Can't believe youve never heard of that word :talk: :p

I think its definately a "You've either heard of it, or not" (Duh!) term ;), so not much wholesale value, but would be worth more to an end user IMO.

Wholesale ~ 0.00 - reg fee

Perfect name for an Australian audience.

grot = grotty.

grotty = wretchedly shabby

I'd put 'grot' down as being an Australian colloquialism.

If you developed the theme with an Aussie flavour it may pick up a few tourists searching for information about Australia. So maybe add a slang dictionary to the site.

I'd have to agree... "grot" is probably an Australian word.. I can recall my mom using the word "grotty" often tho when I was younger.

Either way, it's not likely for type-ins so needs branding and development. Reg fee as is IMO.
