Had to edit, I get .40-.60 cents per click for NewHomes.name and confused that with hotels, Sorry

It is very strong keywords and should do you well, but I'm not sure about english words in that extension for resale.

I always thought that Motels was an American word...frankly, I haven't heard of it in Europe..

but this is still a good name, though HotelsandMotels sounds a bit better

It might be worth more if you build a site around it about hotels and motels in germany.. with all the taken domain names out there I think this one still has potential.
