domain HotelFleming.com SEDO Says $800+ Estibot $2,000 Any Thoughts?

I own HotelFleming.com and I'm curious of a potential value. SEDO suggested I sell for about $860 or so. Estibot says it's a $2,000 domain. Neither are truly reliable but what do you think?
