I would very much appreciate your appraisals of Hot-Wine.com
Just saw that this week's domain name sales top ten includes three hyphenated domain names :)

I agree this is an excellent use of the hyphen in a name. Hot wine is especially popular with skiiers :) but can also apply to sake.
I doubt the hyphen in this case will hurt the name more than a tiny percentage, if at all. Just like u-cruise which I just appraised, I think the hyphen actually helps the clarity of this name.

Although wine is a gargantuan biz these days, hot wine is less well-known... but it's still very widely known. I think you've got some nice value to this one; I think a lowball price would be mid xxx on a slow day to a reseller, but with the popularity of the wine industry these days prices could swing absolutely wildly with end users and you might see low - med x,xxx or even considerably higher.

Very nice. Start building an end user list. Start with my Dad, who skiis 5 days a week all winter, and likes his flask of hot wine, ha.

hyphen is not good here, I think. By the way redwines.com sold for low $XX.XXX

I am in the process of identifying interesting end users. Your appraisals are very useful and welcome.
For another wine related domain name SancerreWine.com I am in negotiation with an end user whom I found by digging a bit. I hope to find one for Hot-Wine.com too.

don't underestimate the value of this as applied to Japanese sake (rice wine, served hot). It is their 'main' drink, traditional. And there's a huge Japanese-American and Japanese-Canadian population. Might seek out any manufacturers of sake locally, there must be some on the continent who would like this name.

Thank you. Valuable advice. I'll work in that direction.
