Hi ContentPro. I've just updated the post and included more details regarding the per-month revenue. The reason I included the entire period with the huge spike was to show that during the period leading up to the launch of HST in Ontario the traffic and adsense activity was very high. This may happen again during period of change to the law...especially if the tax is abolished or changed.

With enough effort this domain and its content could be introduced to an end user in the accounting, tax or even political industry willing to purchase it. While I would love to find a high paying end user. I just don't have the time or experience finding one.

PS - There is regular (up to multiple times per day) email sent via the contact form from Ontario residents looking for tax / HST advice or help.

Obviously there is a lot of opportunity available from that aspect of the site.

Why are you asking so much? No backlinks, only PR1, and the stats look erratic. Am I missing something? According to your stats, it would take me about 50 months to make a profit.

Also, it has 1st page precense for what keyphrase?

Thanks for the feedback DomainerHelper. Sorry for the late reply, I was traveling. The value I'm selling is in the entire package, especially the domain name.

While I appreciate your comments, I think they are too focused and critical of the adsense aspect and the sites current statistics. The offer is for a whole package with a great potential for either further development (which could involve a number of types of monetization) or end user resale. The implementation of HST in Ontario is considered major tax reform in Canada and this domain has proven itself to consistently target Ontario residents looking for information on it.
