* I agreed to a totally unexpected delay in payment, and forgot to mention the domains might not still be available.

* My first time back online, I even said "sorry" for any mistake on my part (by PM)

Look what he did:

...I even started a sale of one of my domains (that I haven't planed to sell but sell in order to fund this purchase)!

* He agreed to a deal (without mentioning any delay)
* Later he clearly admits the truth (in private), while attempting to mess with my good reputation in public.
