A Web Design Agency Needs to know the tricks of the trade when it comes to website design. This needs to be shown off by their website, to attract attention and to create that first impression.
The site is very chunky, and it does not make it at first obvious where to click! Sure there is a clickable rectangle... but there are loads of them! Not every vistor is like me, and knows to search around, a client would simply turn round and walk away and find another company.
Having features that allow the user to change the colours of the site isnt really relevent to the website its self, and doesnt help the client find out what the site is about, it is simple a feature that some what of an internet new comer would use, fitting in all unnessercary features.
On the main site where there is information; there is text, and then there is a slightly lighter, (but not that much lighter) text with what seems to be your hit count in the background of the page that makes your writing hard to read.
The rectangles them selves make the site look cluttored. A professional looking white background website made in HTML would look great, with a cretive logo, simple links by the side or underneath as a bar across the screen and then a section for the text that could have a border or grey background, with simple text. That would be perfectly adequate and probably more likely to get you customers.
I hope that any of this information has not insulted your ability to design, I just wish to help you. If you happen to need any help at any time just PM me and I will be more than happy to help you
