How much could I get for it, without a system (non-developed) and with a system (developed)?

mmmm not sure on the "hyphen effect" on this one. They of course hurt (and there are too of them in your name!) but also they kinda separate each word so maybe its more clear than hotornot. The .net is not the best but not bad either.

In my opinion, without development this kind of name does not have much value, clearly low to mid $XX resell value. Maybe more if you find an end user.

If you develop it into a real hot-or-not site with a good database of pictures it is only a matter of time and a bit of SEO until you get a decent amount of visits. If you achive that, the developed site might go up to mid $XXX depending on its success.

Ditto on everything that pertosda said. Low-mid $xx undeveloped, could be a great hot or not image ranking system. Good luck with it, it has potential.
