HostSeeker.com: Established Business.
I don't know if this is the best place to post such a post but this community already helped me a lot, that's why i am requesting here an appraisal for a complete business.....
the domains are Hostseeker.com and Hostnode.com (aka forum.hostseeker.com)
Actually the complete business come with the Directory Databases (More than 1000 verified references), Forum Database (More than 4600 verified members, 14000 posts), Forum Script and Licence (Owned VBulletin Licence), Advertising Manager Script and Licence (AdvertPro Owned Licence), Self Hacked Directory Scripts (Original licence expired means no more support and update, support was anyway not anymore provided as long as we modified the original script) valued for more than $4000, Original Designs (Main Site and Forums), Domain Names.
Actually, without any penny of advertising, the main site (not the forum) is getting 600 unique visits per day.
We already received by the past a $25,000 offer from a well-know Links directory. We rejected it as we were not interrested to sell.
But now, in the optics to finance new ventures, we are planning to sell this business in the beginning of January.
My partners and I would just like to know if the price we are expecting for this may be a concrete reality or if we a far from it.
So please, be honnest and appraise this business to the closest value it may reach....
