Hosting with Ioncube...looking for a good host

I have a program that uses Ioncube....

I currently host with godaddy and they do not provide Ioncube support.

So, what i am asking is if people could provide hosting providers that are reputable and provide Ioncube support.

I have done some looking around but i am not really sure if the hosting providers i found are "fly by night" or are actually used with satisfaction.

So any input is appreciated.

Ioncube is not a big deal. Did you contacted tecnhical support regarding this? It does not need any extra things to be done in the server to get it installed just for your account.
Also, if run-time loading is enabled in the server( this is a security thing and many hosts disable this) you can get this done by yourself.
A directory called 'ioncube' containing the Loaders should be placed in or above the top directory of encoded files. For example, if you have encoded files in or below '/home/user/www/dir1/', you might place the 'ioncube' directory in '/home/user/www/dir1/' or '/home/user/www/'.

The best thing to do first is to contact their technical support first.

I all ready did that and they are the ones that stated they do not support ioncube at all.

Thant is kinda why i was looking for somewhere else to host. I am so knew at this stuff all i know is godaddy. Like i said i found others but it is hard to tell what compant is trust worthy.

In that case, I would suggest you to move to a new host.
Did you get a chance to look at the offer section? Also a little search the forum will give you many hosts that will suit you.

You will be able to find quite a many hosts that will fit into your needs. Ioncube is not a big deal, Also what are your requirements in matter of space and BW?

eskhosting.com does support it, you may check them out, good company, reliable, haven` had any issues with them so far

If anyone else is interested, Ioncube is supported in onthespothosting.net plans .
They are also running a special at the moment with 15GB and 500GB of bandwidth.

From my little research I could tell that the majority of hosts provide Zend Optimizer, so why not to go for it if you scripts can utilize both?
There are definite pluses of using Zend Optimizer, as Ioncube versions of MB is larger than Zend version.
However, you will need root access to use Zend Optimizer.
My Host offers Zend Optimizer. As well as Webhostingbuzz.com .
