Hosting for Proxy sites?

I have some sites that were/are best utilized as a proxy server. My current host doesn't allow them however. My questions are 1. what are some good hosting services available that don't prohibit proxies? and 2. I'm wondering if something unfortunate happens to a teenager using a proxy site while at school or work, would I be liable in some way for providing the service, and/or marketing it towards teens that are blocked from using sites like myspace, etc.? What are your thoughts on this, is it worth it, etc?

TIA, rep points added for any opinion, for or against, I just want to get a general feel for how proxies are regarded by domainers.

I would recommend hagiohost.com for proxy hosting. They offer a $10 proxy hosting package which allows to host 2 proxy sites. (bandwidth limit applies). They offer a good site uptime and customer service.

Before choosing them I really had a bad time with few service providers whose servers had intermittent downtime and poor service. As a result I had to loose my revenue as well as the visitors to the site.

And regarding the liability, I would say you could have a legal disclaimer page in your proxy site. For example, you can view this page from one of my proxy site.

You can have adsense ad in your site in content pages.
It should adhere to adsense guidelines.
You should'nt display adsense ads in proxified pages.

If you are displaying some other ad program. If it permits you can also display pop-up ads. If you have a good pagerank/traffic you can also get revenue by selling links.

We have a VPS for our proxies. If you want then we may host you as a franchise option, where you pay us, and you can use your advertising scripts, but we would need to talk to our operations manager.
