-Around 1gb Space
-100+ GB Bandwidth (the more, the better)
-An Established host (over 1 year old -- this will be checked!)

CPU intensive sites (Proxy Site) aren't really suitable for shared environments like shared/reseller hosting because they slow down everyone else sites at the same time. So, initially you can host your proxy site on our vps but if it start using more CPU resources then you have to move on to a dedicated server.

Thank, I am aware of this as I do own and collocate many servers I just need a seperate one for this project, as like you said they can be very intensive.
