Hosting Design Needed!

Hello I need a very nice hosting design created for me. I design myself but I just do not have the time to do it, and my site is currently offline due to the fact i dont have a design and its hurting my business, so i need something as quickly as possible and I do not have a budget, willing to pay good money, but also looking for a very nice design. I will not accept anyone who cannot show me work and has talent, so please if you are new at webdesign do not contact me.
