Hosting Template Needed

Hello im in great need for a hosting design, to completed ASAP!!!!!!!!! I sell reseller,shared,dedicated and servers and my business is starting to hurt because my site has been down for some time now. Im willing to pay anywhere from 15-75$ for a template design, and i would like something like http://www.mytemplatestorage.com/ just different buttons and of course i dont want it to be exactly the same cause i need a unique look as well.
