Thank you. I think that uptime is important. Maybe try to find other web hosts? With better uptime? Something like rackspace.com or glowhost.com?
I need dedicated server for custom made script and it needs 1GB RAM and do not much HDD and Bandwidth.

That is a pretty good deal but as others have said that company has low uptime. No use in getting cheap priced servers if the quality is terrible.

You go to down super, super cheap and the downtime goes up. Than the server just disappears.
