The website has made $50 this month from referals through hostgator. The website gets around 1500 500 UV per month with 20% from google. I currently have a BID of $150 for the website however would like $250 for the website as it has alot of potential and has income. All the articles are also 100% unique and i have a few more ready to be posted. The value of the articles are well over $100 itself.

I need a very fast sale and therefore have chosen $250 for the price.
