Looking for cheap proxy hosting - must be upgradable.

Hello,

I'm looking for some proxy hosting that is moderately cheap. I need around 10gb of bandwidth and about 1gb of space should do. I need this to be upgradable as I plan on having growth on the website. Please post your offers asap.

Also, if you could I would like to know a little bit about your company. I understand that on forums such as this there are some fly-by-night resellers who aren't exactly a great choice.
