It will have more value if it is developed in some way. As a name HostGator.com is not that great. Development is what gives most brandable domains value.
It is impossible to value development. These forums are populated by domain resellers.
Resellers are just judging the value of a domain itself without development.
Hi Bizza, i think that mostly people who know about the Hun will only be able to understand it's brandability. Not everyone here would be knowing the history about the Hun.

Fair enough. Although, in all fairness, not many people would know what a gator is either (unless you're from the US or Nth America). Alot of people wouldn't need to know the history of the Hun's, but most people would be familiar with the word itself, more so than a 'gator' you would think?
