Its more of an Americanism. so it doesn't really sit well with the .co.uk extension. It is used among the African Caribbean population here but more as a reference to a person than its more general appeal in the USA.
I see that the domain has been registered for over 10 years. I'm sorry to say that I don't see such a domain attracting more than a basic UK£50 bid (If indeed any bid) at somewhere like domainlore, The main UK domain market place for quick sales.
You'll probably do better just listing it at Sedo for a couple of hundred UK pounds in the hope that someone may run with it for a small home-comfort product
fair enough. Seems you already are aware that's a very generous offer for the domain only. I'm sure you wouldn't see any similar offers on any public listing for the domain. I would imagine the potential buyer is looking to emulate your usage (if they are not after your website as well) I can certainly see the value in what you've built but that still doesn't make it a desirable stand alone domain
For British tastes I still feel its almost too Slangy (as in street talk) for commercial use. I'm not sure what you thought could be added here at NP. Certainly wouldn't be any increase in perceived value of the domain.
