With property-flipping being popular, I thought I would pick up this domain for resale. Both Estibot and Valuate give it no value at all and GoDaddy puts it anywhere between $142-$424. I am curious to see which side of the spectrum you think that it is. Thank you for your answers and time.

hmm - I don't know - I think there are better names for a home flipping site. I'd rather have something like homeflip.com or homeflipper.com or fliphomes.com or fliphouses.com or flipit.com ... with so many other better choices, you won't have very much negotiation power with a potential buyer.
