domain hkd.hk and other .hk

I have just registered my first and maybe last (depending on resposne) .hk names.

Here they are

hkd.hk (hong kong dollar currency symbol)
sushi.hk (a local dish)

I can see that you have regged names connected to the HK economy but I am trying to think what one can do with them as developed sites...maybe a review of restaurants where one can eat sushi in HK? (you can pay me to do the research on this one)...HKD.HK? probably better thinking of this as HK Developer or Developers (big property market) or maybe get interest in the 3letter domain as is.
